We need your help to make the Parish Picnic a success! There are a wide variety of different volunteer opportunities for many different ages and ability levels. Volunteer shifts are available before the picnic, for setup, after the picnic for clean up, and during the picnic - running the booths and games, serving food and beverages, and assisting with the silent auction (inside the gym!). It takes more than 700 shifts to cover the weekend of the picnic, so please consider helping us out.

Back by popular demand, the St. Charles Borromeo Color Run is returning to this year’s Parish Picnic! All parish students in preschool through 8th grade are invited to participate.
The Color Run is a FREE event. However, optional student pledging, which goes directly towards funding current parish needs, is encouraged! With a pledge of $10 or higher, your student can enter into a competitive, grade level 50 meter dash. With a pledge of $50 or higher, your student can participate in a Color War with school and parish staff.

Tickets and Wristbands are available for purchase at the picnic. You will receive a voucher that can be redeemed at the ride company's ticket booth on the day of the picnic. They must put the wristband on each rider.

Tickets can be purchased ahead of time, after the Oct. 4th and 5th Masses, or at the dinner. If ordered ahead of time, your name will be added to a list that will be with the cashier.

Liquor | Shampoo | Cleaners | Hand Soap | Mouthwash | Salad Dressing | Ketchup | Mustard | Sauce | Soda Ladies Sodality is a parish organization that sponsors blood drives, raises money for various parish needs, and encourages fellowship among the ladies of our parish. Part of this effort includes a fun booth at the picnic where you never know what you might win!
Ladies Sodality is also looking for homemade and novelty items (crafts, unused gifts, trinkets, etc.) to add to their booth.
