Sacrament of Baptism

We are delighted to join you in the Sacrament of Baptism. Our church is blessed with 3 deacons: Deacon Scot McCullough, Deacon Steve Moeller and Deacon Carlos Garcia. We are very fortunate to be able to perform baptisms on a schedule, which guarantee a celebrant. This is what we found most effective to help our community.

To answer any and all questions regarding the sacrament of baptism, please register to attend a baptismal class if you have not done so within the past 5 years. If you have, but still have questions, please submit a "contact the deacons" form so that our deacons can answer your questions or schedule a time for you to meet with them.

If you are new to our parish and would like guidance with the sacrament of baptism, please contact our parish office.

Baptism steps:

  1. Register for a Baptismal Class if you have not attended one in the past 5 years.   Baptism Class Registration
  2. Review the Baptism Calendar & Dates. It is very important to review this document. This will give you baptism dates that already guarantee a celebrant is scheduled for the baptism.
  3. Then review the Godparent Forms. This will help you understand the requirements for a godparent/sponsor.    Godparent Forms Godparent Guide Godparent Canonical Requirements
  4. Register for the baptism. This is separate from the class and it is the form titled Baptism Request Form on this page.
  5. Set a reminder for 2 weeks prior to the baptismal date you selected to make sure you submitted the required forms.
