St. Charles Borromeo Girl Scouts are proud to be part of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri. Founded in 1912, today there are 3.2 million Girl Scouts. St. Charles Borromeo currently has troops in each grade level at St. Charles Borromeo School.
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. In Girl Scouts, girls discover the fun, friendship, and power of girls together. Through a myriad of enriching experiences, such as field trips, sports skill building clinics, community service projects, cultural exchanges, and environmental stewardship, girls grow courageous and strong. Girl Scouts at St. Charles Borromeo have participated in local service day projects and community events. We hold several "All Troop" events a year.
Girl Scouting helps girls develop their full individual potential; relate to others with increasing understanding, skill, and respect; develop values to guide their actions and provide the foundation for sound decision-making; and contribute to the improvement of society through their abilities, leadership skills, and cooperation with others.
If your daughter is interested in becoming a Girl Scout, or you are ready to take the plunge and lead a troop, please contact Troop Organizer – Stacey Iadevito at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
